By using the ReChild Ltd. website (ReChild.ca™), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without modification. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The ReChild.ca™ website, including its design, text, graphics, content, video, audio, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of ReChild Ltd. and protected under Canadian and international copyright laws. No content may be copied, distributed, displayed, sold, or modified without express written permission from ReChild Ltd.
This website contains trademarks owned by ReChild Ltd. These trademarks may not be used without written consent.
2. Limitation of Liability
ReChild Ltd. and its employees are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the website. The site and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ReChild Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for technical issues, lost communications, or viruses.
3. Restrictions on Use
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or post content without permission. Unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content is prohibited. ReChild Ltd. may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel accounts at its discretion.
4. Submissions / User Generated Content
By submitting content to ReChild Ltd. or tagging ReChild Ltd. on third-party platforms, you grant a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and modify that content worldwide. You represent that you own the rights to your submissions and that they comply with applicable laws.

Your personal information is used according to the ReChild Ltd. Privacy Statement available on this website. By using the site, you consent to that policy.

ReChild.ca™ may contain links to external sites for your convenience. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, and ReChild Ltd. is not responsible for linked content.
7. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. ReChild Ltd. reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
8. Pre-Orders
Some items are available for preorder, meaning they are not currently in stock but will ship once they arrive at our warehouse.
Preorders are a commitment to purchase and cannot be cancelled once placed, except if the estimated arrival date changes—in which case, cancellation with a full refund may be requested.
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be held and shipped together once all items are available.
Preorders do not form a binding contract until fulfilled and shipped. ReChild Ltd. reserves the right to cancel preorders at any time for any reason.
Afterpay installments begin immediately upon order placement, regardless of the estimated ship date.
9. User Accounts & Security
If you create an account on ReChild.ca™, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. ReChild Ltd. is not liable for losses caused by failure to protect your account.
10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Please review our separate Returns Policy for details on returns and refunds. Pre-order items are subject to the preorder cancellation terms outlined above.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us promptly with photos and details so we can assist.
11. Age Restrictions
By using ReChild.ca™ or purchasing products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent. Some products may not be suitable for children under a certain age—please check product descriptions carefully.
12. Force Majeure
ReChild Ltd. is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, or supplier delays.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this website and take effect immediately. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the changes.
14. Dispute Resolution
You agree to attempt informal resolution of disputes by contacting ReChild Ltd. If unresolved, disputes will be settled exclusively in Ontario courts, governed by Ontario law.
15. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of goods to the third-party carrier.
16. Order Limits & Anti-Resale Policy
Fair Access for Collectors & Gifting
We love bringing you the best and most sought-after toys, games, and plushies! To make sure everyone gets a fair chance to grab highly anticipated items, all products on our site are sold strictly for personal use and gifting. We are a retail-only shop and do not sell wholesale to unauthorized distributors or resellers.
Order Limits
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may be applied to orders placed by the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders using the same billing or shipping address.
Right to Cancel
If our system flags an order as being intended for commercial resale, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order in full. Please note that the fulfillment of past orders does not guarantee the fulfillment of future orders if a commercial purchasing pattern is identified.
17. Product Accuracy & Color Variations
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, packaging, and details of the products available in our store. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color or detail will be perfectly accurate. While we strive for precision, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
18. Shipping, Customs, & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are strictly responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or due to a failure to claim the package from a designated postal facility, the customer will be responsible for any actual shipping costs required to resend the order.
For any orders shipped outside of Canada, the buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes applied by the destination country.
19. Regional Shipping Restrictions
Due to varying provincial and federal regulations—including specific provincial language and labeling laws—we reserve the right to restrict the shipping of certain products to specific geographic regions. If an item in your order is restricted from being shipped to your location for legal or compliance reasons, that specific item (or the entire order, if applicable) will be cancelled and fully refunded.
20. General Order Cancellations & Inventory Errors
In addition to our policies regarding pre-orders and unauthorized resellers, ReChild Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations resulting from inventory shortages, system errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inaccuracies in product or pricing information. If an order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReChild Ltd., its director, officers, employees, suppliers, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your misuse of this website, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
