Refund policy

30-Day Return Request Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items returned in used, altered, or unsellable condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Return Authorization & Shipping Deadlines

All returns must be requested and approved through our official return portal prior to shipment. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Deadline: Once your return is approved and a return shipping label is provided, you have 14 days to hand over the package to Canada Post and have it scanned. Packages shipped after this 14-day window may be refused, subject to a restocking fee, or processed as store credit only, and unused labels may be voided.

Each order must be submitted under its own return request. Items from separate orders cannot be combined into a single return request.

Return Processing Fee

Approved returns are subject to a $15 flat return processing fee per return request, which will be deducted from your refund total. Return processing fees are non-refundable once a return has been authorized.

If returned items reduce the final kept merchandise value below the Free Shipping threshold, an outbound shipping deduction may apply in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Product Variations & Handmade Characteristics

We take pride in the quality of our toys and gifts. Because many of our items, such as Palm Pals, feature unique hand-stitched elements, slight variations in symmetry, facial features, and overall shape are entirely normal and part of the craftsmanship. Additionally, please be aware of the following natural variations:

  • Color Displays: Due to variations in monitor settings and screen calibrations, the actual color of a product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
  • Minor Cosmetic Details: Small details, such as a stray thread, are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not impact the safety or quality of the item.

Please note that items returned due to these expected, natural variations or minor cosmetic details are not considered defective or incorrect. These returns are subject to our standard 30-Day Return Window and the $15 flat return processing fee.

Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence (close-up and full-item images) is required for review.

All defect claims are subject to review and approval. Damage resulting from handling, wear, misuse, alteration, storage conditions, or normal product variation does not qualify as a manufacturing defect. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, return shipping for that specific defective item will be covered.

Mixed Returns (Defective & Non-Defective Items)

If a return includes both confirmed defective items and non-defective items, the standard return processing fee applies to the return request as a whole. The presence of a defective item does not automatically waive return processing fees for non-defective items included in the same return request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Blind boxes and randomly assorted merchandise
  • Collectible cards
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items marked Final Sale

Note: Promotional discounts (percentage sales, spend-and-save offers, Teddy Treasure Rewards) do not automatically make an item final sale unless explicitly marked as such.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a replacement item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Excessive Returns & Account Restrictions

To ensure fairness and operational sustainability, we reserve the right to deny return requests, limit return privileges, designate future purchases as Final Sale, restrict Free Shipping eligibility, or cancel/refuse future orders in cases of excessive or patterned return activity.
