Program Overview
Teddy Treasures is a promotional loyalty program operated by ReChild Ltd. Members earn Treasure Coins on qualifying purchases and activities and may redeem Coins for discounts on future orders.
Treasure Coins are promotional rewards only. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift cards, or refunds.
Treasure Coins may only be redeemed toward qualifying merchandise purchases and cannot be applied toward taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, or other non-merchandise charges.
Participation in the Teddy Treasures program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Earning Treasure Coins
Treasure Coins are earned on qualifying merchandise subtotal only (excluding taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, discounts, and returned items).
Coins are issued once an order is successfully completed and paid.
Earning Rate: 5 Coins per $1 spent
Additional Coins may be earned through approved promotional activities such as verified product reviews or social engagement.
ReChild Ltd. reserves the right to adjust, remove, or withhold Coins issued in error or obtained through misuse, fraud, abuse, excessive returns, or technical malfunction.
Redeeming Treasure Coins
Treasure Coins may be redeemed for discount coupons as follows:
- 500 Coins = $5 off qualifying merchandise
- 1000 Coins = $10 off qualifying merchandise
- 1500 Coins = $15 off qualifying merchandise
Reward coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
Reward coupons cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, or other non-merchandise charges.
Reward coupons may not be combinable with certain promotions where prohibited.
Once redeemed, Coins are considered used.
Returns & Points Adjustments
If items are returned, Treasure Coins earned on the returned merchandise will be deducted from the customer’s Coin balance.
If Treasure Coins were redeemed on a purchase, refunds will reflect the discounted price paid at checkout. Discount values are proportionally allocated across items within an order.
Redeemed Treasure Coins are not automatically reinstated following a return. Reinstatement of redeemed Coins, whether for partial or full refunds, is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of ReChild Ltd.
Excessive returns or patterned return behavior may result in Treasure Coin adjustments, revocation of rewards, or removal from the Teddy Treasures program.
Points Expiry
Treasure Coins expire 365 days after the customer’s last qualifying points activity.
After 365 days of inactivity, unredeemed Coins will expire on a rolling basis.
Expired Coins cannot be reinstated.
Program Misuse
ReChild Ltd. reserves the right to suspend, terminate, restrict accounts, revoke Coins, adjust balances, or remove members from the Teddy Treasures program in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation of rewards, excessive returns, or violation of store policies.
Program Modifications
ReChild Ltd. may modify, suspend, or terminate the Teddy Treasures program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
