Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders over $99 (before tax). Free Shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and Teddy Treasure Rewards are applied.

Free Shipping & Returns
If returned items reduce the final kept merchandise value below the Free Shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct a flat outbound shipping fee from the refund. This deduction will not exceed our standard base shipping rate.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only (excluding Territories). We do not ship to the United States or internationally at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote locations.
Provincial Shipping Restrictions (Quebec)
To comply with provincial language regulations, certain items in our catalog cannot be shipped to Quebec addresses at this time.
Restricted items are clearly identified with a notice on their respective product pages. If a restricted item is added to your cart and a Quebec shipping address is entered at checkout, our system will prompt you to remove the item before the order can be completed. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure our shop remains compliant with all regional requirements.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping – Our best-value option. We select the most efficient carrier for your area (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Canpar).
Express Shipping – Our fastest option. Canada Post Xpresspost is used for this service.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are in addition to 1–2 business days required to prepare your order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most carriers deliver Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
Tracking
All shipping options include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Delivery Issues
- Late Delivery: If your order exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly. We may be unable to assist if more than 30 days have passed since dispatch.
- Damaged Shipment: Inspect packages immediately. If visibly damaged, do not open and contact us with photos.
- Undeliverable: If returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal, product price and taxes will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Stolen Packages: Once marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen or missing items.
Forwarding / APO-FPO Addresses
We do not ship to forwarding addresses or Armed Forces locations (APO/FPO). Orders may be cancelled if entered.
