Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying Canadian orders over $125 (before tax) that weigh under 10 lbs. Free Shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and Teddy Treasure Rewards are applied.
Heavy & Oversized Orders
Orders exceeding 10 lbs do not qualify for Free Shipping. A heavy-package flat rate will be automatically applied at checkout.
Location Exclusions
Free Shipping and Standard Flat-Rate Shipping are not available for the remote postal codes listed below. Orders shipping to these locations are subject to a $42.00 Remote Shipping fee at checkout.

Free Shipping & Returns
If returned items reduce the final kept merchandise value below the Free Shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct a flat outbound shipping fee from the refund. This deduction will not exceed our standard base shipping rate.
Where We Ship
We ship nationwide within Canada exclusively via Canada Post, including to P.O. Boxes and rural addresses (excluding the Territories: NT, NU, YT). We do not ship to the United States or internationally at this time.
Provincial Shipping Restrictions (Quebec)
To comply with provincial language regulations, certain items in our catalog cannot be shipped to Quebec addresses at this time. Restricted items are clearly identified with a notice on their respective product pages. If a restricted item is added to your cart and a Quebec shipping address is entered at checkout, our system will prompt you to remove the item before the order can be completed. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure our shop remains compliant with all regional requirements.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
- Ontario & Quebec: $11.99 Flat Rate
- Rest of Canada: $14.99 Flat Rate
- Remote Locations: $35.00 Flat Rate
- Canada Post Xpresspost: Live calculated rate at checkout. Note: Selecting Xpresspost speeds up delivery transit time with Canada Post, but standard fulfillment handling time (1–2 business days) still applies before dispatch.
Estimated Transit Times (After Dispatch)
Standard (Ontario & Quebec): 3–5 business days
Standard (Rest of Canada): 3–8 business days
Canada Post Xpresspost: 1–3 business days
Transit time estimates begin once Canada Post receives the package, not when the order is placed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Selecting an expedited shipping method like Xpresspost reduces transit time with the carrier, but does not bypass our order fulfillment queue.
Tracking
All shipping options include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address Entered: We rely on the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for missing packages if an incorrect or incomplete address was entered. If a package is successfully delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it cannot be retrieved, replaced, or refunded.
Late Delivery: If your order exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly. We may be unable to assist if more than 30 days have passed since dispatch.
Damaged Shipment: Inspect packages immediately. If visibly damaged, do not open and contact us with photos.
Undeliverable: If returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal, product price and taxes will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Stolen Packages: Once marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen or missing items.
Forwarding / APO-FPO Addresses
We do not ship to forwarding addresses or Armed Forces locations (APO/FPO). Orders may be cancelled if entered.
